Films and Videos

Meggs has created many short films (whimsical, informational and newsworthy) as well as full-length documentaries with Wheels of Change Productions and others. Meggs' documentary on the economic forces behind the police crackdown on Critical Mass in San Francisco on July 25, 1997 won first place at the Bicycle Film Fest the following year. Meggs' footage of bicycle events have been featured on national and local broadcast news many times since 1997.
