IncidentDescription: DESCRIPTION OF INCIDENT:
Tulsa Police Department issued 5 citations in connection with my bicycle
campaign for Tulsa Mayor. In one instance, the citing officer and his partner
lied to make a charge.
I am interested in bringing a class action lawsuit against the City of Tulsa
and the Police Department for treating bicycle drivers as second-class users of
the roadway. Could you provide direction?
