SEVENTEENTH ANNIVERSARY RIDE! Friday, March 12, 2010: Enjoy our seventeenth anniversary! Rides have been a bit sparse in recent months so invite some friends as the sunny season is coming! Party after at the Long Haul, also celebrating an anniversary for Slingshot, an independent radical community newspaper. Ride: Gather 5:30 PM to leave after 6 PM, Constitution Plaza (main entrance to Downtown Berkeley BART). Party: Around 8 PM, Long Haul, 3124 Shattuck Avenue at Woolsey (free, cake, prizes, food, fun, bands, dancing). Across from La Pena, two blocks east of Ashby BART. Note: You can pick up flyers at the Long Haul 6-9 PM to put on bikes.

for rolling free space realized.

Birthday hats, anyone?  Care to bake a cupcake collection?  A 
party is being planned for after the ride. Ideas so far for ride
themes include Pirates and Ninjas, and a full-scale Quincearera
replete with frilly dresses, mariachi music and more...

THE PARTY: vegan chocolate cake meets Iron Maiden!!!
I Yearn 4 Maiden that cult classic phenomenon will play at 
the Long Haul with 3 other bands.  Long Haul is located at 3124 Shattuck 
Avenue at Woolsey, 2 blocks east of Ashby BART.  This event also commemorates
the anniversary of Slinghshot Magazine (creators of the famous organizer).
